Ok, so I almost ordered from another company and spotted this one last minute and I'm so glad I did. While your customizing your crystal you have the option of removing the background of your photo, focusing on just your subject. The other company did not offer this feature, which is huge. The product is flawless, we also opted for the Keychain and a light to complete the display. The packaging was also very nice making it a really nice gift. I know she'll love it!!!I purchased this product as a birthday gift for my wife. She was thrilled with itMy sister loves her gift. I wish I had gotten it done earlier!!!I mean it’s cool I guess, but rather overpriced if you want a photo with more than two people….We had it sent directly to a family member. We haven't seen it ourselves but the family member reported that it looked great. (We were a little concerned because we provided an old photo that didn't have great focus--We weren't sure how it would turn out.)Liked the artwork and it was a birthday gift for my daughter from her children.I ordered the small 3D crystal square for a Father’s Day gift for my dad and it came out perfect! And also, my order was delivered to the wrong house and I didn’t see it for a couple of days so I reached out and they immediately responded and sent a replacement.
